online\u4e91\u5e73\u53f0\u65f6\uff08\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5b83\u7684\u524d\u8eabEasyGenomics\u65e9\u57282012\u5e74\u5df2\u7ecf\u63a8\u51fa[\u89c1\u5b98\u7f51]\uff0c\u7b14\u8005\u66fe\u53c2\u4e0e\u6b64\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u751f\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u90e8\u5206\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff09\uff0cBGI\u5df2\u4f4e\u8c03\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u516c\u5f00\u62db\u8058\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u8981\u6c42\u201c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5e94\u7528CRISPR-Cas9\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u7f16\u8f91\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u5386\u201d\uff0c\u636eNature\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u738b\u5065\u58f0\u79f0\u6b63\u5728\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u53bb\u57f9\u80b2\u5bb6\u5ead\u89c2\u8d4f\u7528\u9526\u9ca4\uff0c\u8ba1\u5212\u57282017\u62162018\u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u3002\u5728\u5373\u5c06\u53ec\u5f00\u7684GCTA\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\uff0c\u738b\u5065\u5c06\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6f14\u8bb2\u5609\u5bbe\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8fd9\u4e00\u5e73\u53f0[\u89c1GCTA\u5b98\u7f51\u65e5\u7a0b]\u3002<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>BGI\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f4e\u8c03\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u5e73\u53f0\uff1f<\/div>\n<div>\u5728\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u5bf9\u57fa\u56e0knock out\u6216knock in\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9776\u5411\u6539\u53d8\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u7cbe\u51c6\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u501f\u52a9\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u8f7b\u677e\u8fdb\u5165\u539f\u6838\uff0c\u771f\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u6838\uff0c\u5bf9\u54fa\u4e73\u52a8\u7269\u4f53\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u80da\u80ce\u7ec6\u80de\u7cfb\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4eba\u80da\u80ce\u7ec6\u80de\u8fdb\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\uff0c\u4fee\u590d\u548c\u66ff\u6362\u3002\u4ece2012\u5e74\u7684Doudna\u9610\u8ff0CRISPR-Cas\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u52302013\u5e74\u5f20\u5cf0\u53d1\u6587\u8bc1\u5b9eCRISPR-Cas\u5728\u771f\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6380\u8d77\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u6f6e\u6d41\uff0c\u5230\u73b0\u5728\u77ed\u77ed\u56db\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5df2\u4eceSpCas\u9176\u53d1\u5c55\u5230SaCas\u9176\uff08\u66f4\u9ad8\u8d1f\u8f7d\u80fd\u529b\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u5355\u6b21\u5355\u70b9\u5230\u591a\u70b9\u7f16\u8f91\uff08\u6d88\u9664\u8010\u836f\u6027\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5230\u8868\u89c2\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\uff0c\u4eceCRISPR-Cas\u4e00\u4ee3\u5230\u4e8c\u4ee3Cpf1\u3002<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u5728\u6210\u672c\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u7cbe\u51c6\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9ad8\u5927\u4e0a\u7684\u95e8\u69db\u548c\u5916\u8863\uff0c\u64cd\u4f5c\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u5feb\u901f\uff08\u5927\u7ea6\u51e0\u5468\uff09\uff0c\u5ec9\u4ef7\uff08\u76f8\u5bf9\u4f20\u7edf\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u82b1\u8d3920,000\u7f8e\u5143\uff0cCRISPER-Cas\u82b1\u8d39\u4ec5300-600\u7f8e\u5143\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u4f4e\uff0c\u53c2\u89c1\u6587\u4e2d\u94fe\u63a5\uff09\u3002<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u5728\u5e94\u7528\u4e0a\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u73b0\u5229\u7528CRISPR-Cas\uff0cZFN\uff0cTALEN\u7b49\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u8f91\u65b9\u6cd5\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u60a3\u81ea\u95ed\u75c7\u7684\u7315\u7334\uff0c\u60a3\u916a\u6c28\u9178\u8840\u75c7\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u7b49\u52a8\u7269\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5730\u4f7f\u8f6c\u57fa\u56e0\u9cb6\u9c7c\u7684\u751f\u6b96\u6fc0\u7d20\u5931\u6d3b\u65e0\u6cd5\u7e41\u884d\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u516c\u725b\u7684\u89d2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u2026\u2026\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de\u9776\u5411\u8bf1\u5bfc\u57fa\u56e0\u6572\u9664\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4fee\u9970T\u7ec6\u80de\uff08UCART19\u7ec6\u80de\uff09\u6210\u529f\u6cbb\u6108\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u60a3\u513f\uff08\u4fb5\u88ad\u6027ALL\u60a3\u8005\uff09\u2026\u2026<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u5728\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ea\u6709\u5a92\u4f53\u98ce\u53e3\u7684Editas\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u8005Doudna\u66f4\u65e9\u521b\u5efa\u7684Caribou\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u54c8\u4f5b\u533b\u5b66\u9662\u7684Geroge
